Abstract

The study's objective was to reveal corruption in land acquisition in Indonesia for infrastructure development. Corruption involving unethical acts is one of the greatest ills that harm the community and the economy. Moreover, corruption in land acquisition in Indonesia has developed through time, as this vice is prevalent in other nations. This study utilizes secondary data acquired by many preceding studies to comprehend the regrettable function of corruption in land acquisition in Indonesia for infrastructure development. This study concludes that corruption is prevalent in acquiring land for infrastructure development in Indonesia. Corruption in the Indonesian construction industry must be eradicated with strong laws if these problems are eliminated from society. This research has substantial theoretical and practical implications for reducing Indonesian land acquisition sector corruption.
